Welcome to our 2018 Sunset PTA Fundraiser!

March 1-March 15


This important program will help us raise much needed funds for ongoing technology support, student enrichment programs, fun family events, grade level and school grants, and so much more. Over the next two weeks, we need your support to help make this one of the most successful fundraisers our
school has ever had.

We're excited to be working with Orange Ruler, as they offer our school a fresh and innovative way to help us reach our goals. In addition to helping us raise money, their program emphasizes the importance of teamwork, being active, thinking of others and believing in yourself.

The program streamlines the fundraising process to make it easy for you to help in this important cause. Just follow these four simple steps:

Register your child or children by going to orangeruler.com/signup

  • Send donation requests via email or Facebook to your friends and family. (IMPORTANT to help rapidly multiply results)

  • Enter cash or check donations on your personalized page as soon as you receive them to ensure your child receives credit. No additional action is needed for credit card donations.

  • On Turn-in Day (Thursday, March 15), turn in all check and cash donations in the collection envelope provided (the envelope is also used to record check and cash donations). Please make sure all checks are payable to Sunset Elementary PTA.

All donations are 100% tax-deductible and we accept all company matching programs.

PRIZES PRIZES & MORE PRIZES! Daily drawings for prizes for all participants! Donut party for the classes sending out the most invitations!  Pizza party for top earning class! Kona Ice Party for all classes meeting their fundraising goal! Earn a $100 Amazon gift card for your classroom teacher! 

Fun Run is scheduled for March 21st! Pig Races for the top 10 classes are scheduled for March 23rd
