Culture & Heritage Fair

Share Your Culture
Represent your family’s culture at our Culture & Heritage Fair on Friday, June 5, 5-7 PM at Sunset.
We are looking for families to host country tables to teach our community about your culture and family traditions.
Tables can include posters, food samples, artifacts, demonstrations... all ideas are welcome!

Eager Reader

We’re excited to welcome back our beloved Eager Reader Program —
a fun way to encourage at-home reading and build a love of books!

Program Dates
Now through May 26
Each time your student reads (or is read to), initial an attached dot.
Students can earn multiple dots per day.
Need more dots? Ask a teacher or front desk for extras!

How to Earn Dots
(Minutes of reading per grade = 1 dot)
K/1st: 10 min
2nd/3rd: 15 min
4th/5th: 20 min

Help Create a Rainbow Mural!
Bring completed dots to school any morning through May 26.
Each grade level will contribute to building a mural using the dots.

Celebration Time!
If we fill the mural with colorful dots, we’ll celebrate with a school-wide celebration on May 29.
