With the construction of a new middle school and 2 elementary schools ISD is reviewing all school boundaries and feeder patterns for elementary and middle schools.
Currently, ISD is proposing Sunset be split 50/50 to PCMS and IMS, based on South Cove vs. South side of I-90. These new boundaries will take effect at the start of next school year, meaning this year's 5th graders will be the 1st class to have to split up.
These boundaries are not set in stone and there is a committee meeting December-February that will vote on this change. The committee will be reviewing all community feedback so let your voice be heard regarding this change.
Please submit any comments, questions, feedback to the boundary committee at: BRC@issaquah.wednet.edu . For detailed information regarding the boundary changes please review the link: Boundary Review Committee 2021 (wednet.edu)
The Issaquah School District now offers free breakfast and lunch to all children 18 and under through the end of the 2020-21 school year, regardless of income or enrollment in the Issaquah School District. Students or parents/guardians may pick up meals
